Our onboarding is fast and easy. Your customer success point of contact has an onboarding session with you and your team on your plan's start date. This is where we provide platform access and walk you through your first upload.
Typically teams are able to have all of the following complete on the same day as their onboarding session: platform access, every user invited, their first upload for risk analysis of contacts, and (if they have the scale plus package) their integration to sales engagement systems and/or CRMs.
