We need a partner who is detail-oriented with excellent communication and relationship management skills. You will take the lead on conducting processes that support the sales, success and finance departments at Allegrow. This provides the opportunity to work closely with every team member across multiple departments at Allegrow. 

The role will primarily involve

  • Helping maintain accurate records in our CRM (Hubspot), ensuring all information is complete and correctly staged.
  • Drafting emails for our sales team, such as follow-up communications and post-sales sales-demos.
  • Managing the team calendar, ensuring optimal scheduling to focus on critical tasks while preventing overlaps.
  • Providing general support and ticketing, managing chat and email, especially during the later hours of the US working day, using live chat and Gmail.
  • Assisting in creating sales presentations and basic graphic design work, utilizing existing templates and information from Hubspot.

Ideal candidates will have

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably as a paralegal, or in client support or administrative assistant roles.
  • Familiarity with operations, sales support, and CRM software, particularly Hubspot.
  • Excellent time management skills for effective calendar coordination and task management.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of handling customer queries and internal email drafting.
  • Basic graphic design and PowerPoint skills to assist in creating sales materials.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • The expected annual salary range for this role is $1,000-2,000 per month. Up to 25% of your salary will be based on performance.
